I purchased Spybubble on 10/13/10, and installed it on my spouse’s phone. I sent a complaint on 10/15/10 that I couldn’t get it to work. I sent another complaint on 10/17/10 saying it still didn’t work and I wanted a refund. It is now 10/19/10 and I have yet to receive any response from the company. I believe it to be a scam. They don’t have a phone number or a physical address and no one responds when you send a request for support.

Unfortunately spy bubble did not work on my spouses phone. I had made multiple attempts to contact support via e-mail and did not have any success in getting assistance. Then when I decided to cancel, I sent e-mail through the support links and would receive notification of receipt but never a confirmation. I had to cancel through clickbank.

I installed app on target phone and the battery life decreased drastically. Enough so my stepdaughter searched thru her phone and erased the app. I have been trying for almost a month now to get my money back and they have refused. Don’t trust there money back guarantee

The best thing about this software was the price and its not a recurring bill. It did do the job after correctly entering the imei of the phone. But I had to delete it because after installing it, the app showed up clear as day on the Blackberry app list so all one would have to do is check and they would find software that doesn’t belong and remove it. Up until that point i was pretty happy with it. Oh and it doesn’t show bbm info

It was cheap and no recurring bills, but does not work. Could not install it on the iphone. Support does not respond although they confirm the receipt.
Does not matter how cheap. If it does not work, it is too expensive and a waste of time.
Have to go and get a refund.

made a claim with paypal, we’ll se what happens next. Iphone users beware. You need to jailbreak your phone, and depending on what version you have (4.3.4) it cannot be jailbreaked. If it is jailbreaked, once you update, thats it!!! Spybubble support just send you links that are tethered jailbreaks. That means if your phone shuts off, you need to sync your phone to your computer and use software to turn it back on. That’s a big hairy negative!!!

Spybubble is not that reliable. My cheating wife has an android metroPCS phone. It is VERY limited on features, and only transmits the info about once every hour. The Photo feature sucks, where it only sent a couple of photos, and I discovered she had taken dozens of photos that did not show up. And most of all, the stupid app (Radio) shows up clear as day in the running applications area. So she is able to disable the app, make her calls to her lover, then re-enable the app, which totally bypasses the software. The GPS tracking hardly works. And the URL (for web browsing) does not work more then 80% of the time.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Also tech support does not reply unless you threaten them to make a fraud claim to your credit card company. I also spent the extra 10 bucks for the VIP support which did NOTHING to get them to respond to help.
