MobiStealth has done it again. First it was their feature rich Android monitoring software, and now it’s their new BlackBerry monitoring software. All the basic BlackBerry monitoring features are offered such as reading incoming and outgoing text messages, viewing call logs, & tracking the BlackBerry user’s GPS location. ok ok where do i start? i bought mobistealth about a week ago for my husband’s blackberry. I couldnt believe i would ever be in a situation where i would even consider spying on my husband, but enough is enough. I just had to know what was going on. 12 years of marriage and I know when something is wrong. I started shopping around for blackberry spyware about 2 weeks ago, and compared all the features mobistealth has, and all of the other spyware on the market. I was tempted to buy estealth, but thankfully i read a lot of bad reviews on it so I decided on mobistealth.
now im not a technical person, so I sort of assumed it would not be as easy as everyone says, but i still gave it a shot. the purchase process was a breeze, and from there things got a bit hard. installing mobistealth definitely takes a bit of patience, but the savior for me was their support was spot on. everytime i got stuck, i was able to send a message to their support team and get a reply back with details on what I was doing wrong. eventually i got it installed and working.
the result?
well, lets just say mobstealth was a lot more dependable than my soon to be ex hubsband. i had some problems getting the gps to work, but that could be due to general gps problems (as mobistealth’s support team explained), and I also had some messages that didnt seem to get recorded, but overall id say 90% of the data i wanted from his phone i was able to see. i must say its absolutely amazing what these things do and the type of information you can get from them.
so would i recommend mobistealth to friend? yes i would 100%, without a doubt.
is it a perfect product? no.. there are some sporadic problems., but tell me a product that is perfect.

Mobile Stealth works and I actually would recommend it to my friends and anyone else who wants ot catch their cheating dog (husband) but the problem is their customer support. I had a few problems and it took several emails to get it resolved. I think once they nail down their support issues, Mobile Stealth will be the perfect product in all areas. I have zero complaints with their software, its absolutely fabulous, so they are so very close to being perfect in every way. just wish they would either add more support staff or offer live support.

Ok, I know my wife is having an affair but I just couldn’t catch her. She isn’t real tech savvy so I thought what could I do to catch her. Well I found Mobistealth for the Android 2.2 incredible. Mobistealth had the best reviews so I thought that no amount of money should be saved in finding out if your spouse is cheating.
Well here is the problem. Ever since I had it which has been a week now, this program only works half of the time. I know she took off and met with this guy yesterday and the dang thing shut down again. I could have tracked her to that location but when it is down, it is down. Every time I send the support team an email they seem to somehow reset it. But it is always to late. The support is through email only, they need people to answer phones. They are paid allot of money and should at least give us that.
Support has been great, Layout of website is great, Installation and operating instructions are lame. If they would fix this problem “which somehow I believe is completely on their end” I would give them five stars. But at this point they get a 2-2 1/2 stars. When they fix it I will change my stance. Come on MOBISTEALTH.

If you have no complaints then you are either with Mobistealth or they have changed. What ever the reason I am sooooo disapointed.
It took over 24hrs to get the information needed to even login the account. Then the serial number they provided was wrong. The installations was easy up to that point. I emailed them, no listed number to call, and no return email for two days. Then when threating to get my money back they emailed again with a new serial key to enter but no other advise or suggestions on why this might happen. I tried again and still the software said wrong serial number. I emailed Plimus who does Mobistealths credit card transaction and informed them I wanted my money back. Next, I will have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.
I have been waiting just amount 24hrs for someone from Mobistealth to email me back since my second attempted. I have requested some answers and if they still have not responsed within the next 24hrs I will call my credit card company to dispute it and report a scam.
When looking for a software I was impressed with their software but now I am just wondering about who runs Mobistealth and why not have a tech support line. I will let you know what happens and hopefully I will have some good news and the software, if able to load, will out way the issues and trouble I have gone through.

bought Mobistealth for my son’s BB and overall im happy.
had a some slight problems with installation trying to get it installed, but after a couple email exchanges, got it worked out.
the features are probably the best out there for the price. i would have rated it 5 stars across the board, but i had to knock off a star for installation because it would be nice to somehow make this process easier for non tech people like myself, but at least customer support actually answered my emails compared to some companies. their replies took an average of 1-2 days, which is not great, but the fact they answered my questions makes them earn 5 stars.

I purchased mobistealth for an iphone 4.3.3
I have used the software for more than 4 months now and some major issues has yet to be resolve, or should I said nothing has been done despite the support team replied that it will be resolve in a couple of months (and that reply was in September 2011!)
First, it does not log the time of calls in 24hrs format and it does not tell you if the call were made/received in AM or PM!!! What use has it got if it doesn’t even tell the time correctly?? Can you classify it as a spyware if it doesn’t even show the time correctly???? Can you imagine a CIA or MI6 agent can’t even read time correctly??
Secondly, this software unable to show Chinese characters! Hence, all SMS, contacts in Chinese cannot be read!! However, there is a Chinese payment page when making payment to mobistealth!! Why do they have a Chinese page for payment when they do not show and support Chinese character? What is the purpose to have a payment page in Chinese? For someone that doesn’t understanding other language? And if so, why would they want to sell software to someone that does not understand any other language beside Chinese since this spyware does not support?
I have feedback the above since several times and last was in Sept 2011. Reply that it will be resolve in a couple of months but till date nothing has improved!!! If

mobistealth NEVER worked. I tried for several days and then promptly got a refund. I wrote two support tickets and have gotten HUNDREDS of emails from their broken system, two each day. 5 months later, I am still getting emails from this worthless company. There is NO customer support for this app.
