I’ve been using Mobilestealth for almst 4 weeks now, and I can’t say how impressed I am. Yes, there were a few glitches, and occasionaly it seems to miss a message or recording, but overall its far exceeded my expectations. Maybe its because I had a bad experience buying that estealth shit, so i was a bit turned off by all this spy shit. ONe thing I do know is that this stuff works and if you are even considering buying any other software, you need to take a hard look at this product because it works. simple as that.

once i installed the mobistealth software on the BB Storm 2,it is was visible on 3rdpaty apps so i deleted it ya SO i guess that messed it all up, email support over 18 hours later got a response that i shouldnt of deleted it imade a mistake, NO HELP on how to fix it so another email 12 hours later got the problem fixed besides the fact that they only reset certain parts they didnt reset the location so thats not working, now i have tried the surrounding recording it barely works im lucky if i get 2minutes if that most of the time its some whacky noise, so i emailed a few times another 12-18 hours later i get responses, with NO help stating i should just use the 5 minute record, it takes them forever to contactback, i updated my SMS commands and for almost 24 hours it just says waiting for update from phone, please refresh page in a few minutes, i will start a recording and it says on the dashboard that recording has started but then when i check to listen there is no recording??? Please help

This program is not all it appers to be. At first I thought everything was going well but after the installation I found that the features did not work. For example I never got the phone calls that were recorded to play properly. One or two of them played and the rest are just plain empty. I never got the surround sound to function at all. Then the text and call logs would show up hours late. I emailed customer service over 50 times trying to get this resolved and they only replied with canned answers that made it seem as if they were not really reading my questions and trying to address my problems. I wish I could give them less than a 1 on customer support and overall satisfaction. This phone also decided to put all of the phone calls it did record into the music player on the phone, which would have alerted the user that thier calls were being recorded. So I had to erase the entire phone / a factory reset. This program still keeps the phone acting funny and I don’t believe it is actually gone. But, if you buy it just BEWARE it is not very reliable and the service is horrible.

Unreliable service. Call recording does not work, nor does surround recording. NEVER get SMS logs for Sunday which is the one day we really need them b/c the kids are home alone. SMS logs are spotty at best–usually only 50% of texts are captured. Customer service sucks; their only response is that “your account seems to be updating nicely” even when there is no call history listed when calls were made, no SMS messages for 36+ hours, etc. Also, customer support response time takes 24-48 hours.

We should have waited to see if Mobistealth could deliver what it promised before we purchased. Would not recommend purchasing unless you just want to be frustrated by the lack of info that you paid fo.

I have repeatedly tried to get through to these people what the problems are , and they are many, and all I get after sometimes 2 days is the same answer with no solution to the problem. It has completely stopped working now but do you think that concerns them….let me answer for you, absolutely not. No support for the product at all. just a bunch of useless information when they finally decide to reply. I paid 79.99 for the 3 month lite version and I have had nothing but problems. I would not recommend this unless you enjoy having problems and getting no support after the sale. It all looks good in writing but it don’t work properly and they will not help you at all.

I bought mobistealth and at first it worked great…but after 3 months it wouldnt record calls anymore and i was almost completely ignored from tech support. there is no phone number to call so all i could do is e-mail. i was ignored so many times that i did not renew. also in the last few months of having the app, even text logs would not come in for hours and then days. i emailed so many times but they ignored me all the more. also the ondemand location wouldnt work anymore nor would the surround recordings work. but what pissed me off was that they ignored me. if they tried to help me and gave me instructions what to do then i would be ok with it. even if the instructions didnt fix it i would have at least been happy they tried…but nothing. mobistealth has bugs in their software and worst of all customer support is almost non-exsistant.at one point they even blocked my email cause i kept asking for help cause i did pay them after all and i had to create a whole new email. Do not buy from them. if you have issues with your phone they will not help you.

Worked great for a few months then started missing call and text logs. I was told to reinstall did still nothing. Then told to remove the battery did still nothing. Was told to install the 5.5 version did still nothing. I use it on an android. Support takes forever to respond then with nothing helpful. They want to blame it on the phone. But all applications are the same as when i installed it. As of now I am shopping for another program to use. Shame mobitealth cant get it right.

I’ve been using it for about a week and a half and I’m not really impressed. I didn’t buy the version that records phone calls – kinda wish I had but I just didn’t think it was worth the extra money. The text messages take hours to update – sometimes up to 8 hours. Texts are missing so there are gaps in the conversation (I know they are missing because I’ve sent texts and they don’t ever show up). If the battery is taken out of the phone it seems to stop the program – took me about a day to figure it out. I also find gaps in time that there are no texts at all when I know some were received and sent. This may be caused by the taskkiller app on the target phone – but I couldn’t get a clear answer from support about this. I think the program should have warnings that taking out the battery, taskkiller programs, etc. could cause the program to stop updating. I had to reinstall the program on the target phone after the battery was taken out. I definitely feel like I wasted $50 for 3 months of this.

Some features worked really well (sms, gps, internet browsing history, picture history) while other features did not work well at all. Easy to find this app when you go to settings and manage applications as the app is listed as SecurePhone, which makes the target wonder what this app is installed for.

Glad to finally see that I’m not the only one having problems and getting the run around from customer support. I started using the app 9/13/11 Android HTC Eris. I wish I had seen this thread before I spent $50. My husband has had some problems talking to ex’s. I finally had enough, but he knows that the application is on his phone. I’ll have days (usually right after customer support has gotten back with me) where everything works great for 8-12hrs and then I’ll get no recording of texts/calls for 2 days, contact customer support, repeat cycle. And do not get me started on the GPS mess. There have been SEVERAL times where I’ve looked at the location history and would see where at X time and Y date hubby was apparently 3 towns away, funny thing is the whole time he was supposedly 3 towns away he and his phone where home with me all day. (Still can’t figure that one out for the life of me, and customer support has yet to get back with me on that one.)

Overall, the price that I paid vs. the product and service I received, I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I would expect better from a $4.99 app. Hope that everyone else has better luck than I have so far.

New Motorola Bionic w/latest android software. Cannot get call recording to work, call surround zip files corrupt when downloaded. Google maps generates error api msg when trying to view location history in Chrome browser (google product) Really ?? Really ?? And mobistealth said I could get a 20% discount because not all features worked on my phone.IT’S a BRAND NEW PHONE and your software was ADVERTISED to function this way WITH THIS PHONE. More Beta testing maybe a good thing ???

DAAAmmmnnn…… yea i have to agree with many of the other comments. The call recording does not work well. I can’t hear the other person, I only hear the target phone user. And sometimes text messages are missing especially outbound ones. its great for GPS and logging calls as well as the text messages it does catch. I guess nothing perfect and it is an amazing product but i’ve missed some vital info due to poor quality of some features.

Terrible software, does not work, customer service are the worse, stole my money, their customer service is horrible.

I agree with all the negative reviews above! This software and customer support is terrible. I am now researching Stealth Genie and Flexispy. Flexispy requires the phone to be rooted, and that can get hairy.

I have had ALL of the same problems listed by previous reviewers. All of them. Customer support is absolutely miserable, as all previous reviewers said.

Currently, I am 26 hours with NO DATA whatsoever from the target phone. And today (especially tonight), I really need it. I am going to uninstall it and find something else as soon as possible.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t opt for none. Downloaded this to my child’s phone so I could keep tabs on her purely for peace of mind and safety. Useless because the phone battery would completely die after about 4 hours so my child was left without the ability to call home or be able to be contacted.
Blackberry 9300 without the program battery life 13 hours. Mobistealth on the phone 4 hours.
Email customer support they tried to have me believe the program has no bearing on the battery life. After researching the web I fine battery drain is one of the program’s main problems and the one that alerts the user to the program being installed. Along with the exstreamly high upto 60mb a day data use. Most services providers in the UK have a fair usage policy this program blasts that right out the water.

Also like to add to the above. Paid for a years subscription £100.00. Feel completely robbed. The company sellling this program is not selling it in an honest manor nor giving people a true picture. They are dilibratly leaving out any bad points with the intention to pull the wool of your eyes and thieve your hard earned cash.
