I’ve been a user of Mobile Spy’s product for the last several months and i really dont have much complaints.. Although it was a bit tricky installing and it occasionaly loses some of the data meaning i know the person im spying on sent me a text message and i didnt see it appear on the logs, for the most part their product works and i cant imagine what i would do if i didnt have it.
would like to see more feature added but you cant go wrong with the price and their support is real good. ease of use?? hmmm i guess its easy once you figure it out but they could do a better job with their instructrions.. overall im satisfied with mobile spy’s product.

Not happy with Mobile Spy. Had it a short while and the sms and url logs never showed up which they should have. The call logs would show up every so often and the GPS did work at first then it did not at all. I know for a fact that there should had been no reason for it not to work. Did get a refund. Hoping they will make improvements.

Installed this app on my daughter’s iPhone as a way to track her in case something happened. I explained to her what we were doing and she was fine with it.
Installation went ok at first, but I didnt realize that I had to unlock the iPhone first. Perhaps if Mobile Spy did a better job explaining how this is done, I would have rated it 5 stars. Once we got the phone unlocked, the rest went easy.
Features are fantastic! Has everything a parent can ever want. We ended up getting their live location tracking update which also shows us snapshots of her phone. Overall, we are very happy with the features you get with this app.
Ease of use. Not sure how to answer this one. You install it and you’re done.
Customer support was fantastic. We were able to call someone and get our questions answered versus emailing back and forth. This alone made a world of difference.
This is an excellent app for anyone who needs to track their kids. Highly recommended.
